CatLoaf LLC ("we," "us," or "our") provides Gravity Block (the "Game"). This Privacy Policy explains the information processed when you use the Game, why it is processed, when it may be shared, and the choices available to you.
1. Quick summary
You can play without creating an account or giving us your name, email address, contacts, precise location, photos, microphone data, or payment-card information.
The Game stores gameplay settings, progress, and your accepted legal-document version locally on your device.
Google AdMob serves optional rewarded ads and may automatically process device, advertising, diagnostic, performance, and interaction data as described below.
We do not sell personal information for money. AdMob’s use of data for advertising may be treated as “sharing,” targeted advertising, or a sale under some U.S. state privacy laws, depending on configuration and law.
2. Information processed
Information stored locally by the Game
The Game may store gameplay progress, high scores, preferences, audio settings, tutorial status, revive state, and the version of the Terms and Privacy Policy you accepted. This information remains on your device unless Apple device backup or transfer features copy it. We do not receive it through a developer-operated account or server under the assumed configuration.
Information processed through Google AdMob
When the Game requests or displays an ad, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically process information such as:
Internet Protocol (IP) address, which may be used to estimate general location;
device identifiers, including the advertising identifier when available and permitted, or app- or developer-bounded identifiers;
advertising data, including ads shown and reward/ad events;
app and ad interactions, such as launches, taps, video views, ad completion, and reward delivery;
diagnostic and crash information; and
performance information, such as launch time, hangs, or energy use.
Google’s collection and use are governed by Google’s own terms and privacy policy. Exact processing can change based on SDK version, ad configuration, consent choices, device settings, and whether App Tracking Transparency permission is requested and granted.
Support communications
If you contact us, we may receive your email address and the contents of your message, along with any technical details you choose to send. Please do not send sensitive information.
3. How information is used
operate, maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the Game;
remember local preferences and legal acceptance;
request, display, measure, limit, and reward optional ads;
detect fraud, invalid traffic, abuse, or security incidents;
respond to support requests and legal inquiries; and
comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service.
4. How information is disclosed
Information may be disclosed to Google and its advertising partners when AdMob is used; to Apple as part of App Store distribution, device services, purchases, or crash and platform services you enable; to professional advisers and service providers working under appropriate obligations; in connection with a merger, financing, sale, or reorganization; or when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate fraud, or enforce agreements.
Third parties process information under their own policies. Review Google’s privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy and Apple’s privacy information at https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/.
5. Advertising, tracking, and consent
Rewarded ads are optional: declining an ad means you do not receive the offered in-game reward. If the Game or an advertising partner seeks permission to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies, iOS will present Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. You may deny that request and may change tracking permission in iOS Settings. Denying tracking does not necessarily stop all contextual ads or data processing needed to serve and measure ads.
Where applicable, an in-app privacy choices or consent message may let you manage advertising choices. You can also reset or limit advertising permissions using iOS settings. Available controls vary by region and device version.
6. Data retention and deletion
Local Game data remains until you reset the Game, delete its data, or uninstall it, subject to device backups. Support correspondence is retained only as reasonably necessary to answer the request, maintain records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. AdMob retention is controlled by Google under its policies and your ad-consent choices.
Because the assumed release has no user accounts or developer backend, we generally cannot identify or delete data held only on your device or by a third party based solely on a request to us. You may delete local data by uninstalling the Game or using any reset control provided. For a privacy request, contact yc@catloafshop.com. We may need information sufficient to verify and process the request, and we will respond as required by applicable law.
7. Children’s privacy
The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed primarily to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through accounts or a developer backend. If you believe a child has provided personal information directly to us, contact yc@catloafshop.com.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we control. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. U.S. state privacy rights
Depending on your state and subject to exceptions, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or sharing. You may also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising a privacy right. Contact yc@catloafshop.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We will not require more information than reasonably necessary to verify and fulfill the request. You may appeal a denial by replying “Appeal.”
10. Changes
We may update this Policy as the Game, SDKs, or law changes. We will update the effective date and provide notice or request renewed consent when required. Material changes should trigger the Game’s versioned legal-consent screen.
